JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner, who is an Officer in the State Bank of India and was posted in Central Zonal Office, Lucknow has preferred this writ petition praying inter-alia for quashing of Charge-sheet no. VIG/443 dated 19.6.1998 and the transfer order dated 30.11.1999.The reliefs sought by the petitioner in the writ petition read as under:-
