JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have heard learned Counsel from both sides.

(2.) By the impugned order, the Appellate Authority has refused to issue commission for inspection of certain shops, which are alleged to have been constructed by the landlord-respondent in the residential accommodation.

(3.) I have examined the impugned order dated 29.8.2002 which states that there is evidence on record and the Prescribed Authority has not made local inspection, therefore, it is not necessary to make local inspection.
