JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellants. Om Prakash. Munnu Lal. Ashok and, Smt. Simla have preferred this appeal against the Judgment and order dated 31. 7. 1995 passed by the then IVth Additional District and Sessions Judge. Kanpur Nagar in Sessions Trial No. 303 of 1991.

(2.) All the appellants have been convicted under Section 498 A. I.P.C. and sentenced to rigorous imprisonment of two years and to a fine of Rs. 2.000/each. In default of payment of fine rigorous imprisonment of one year has been awarded. They have further been convicted under Section 304-B. I.P.C. and sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment and to a fine of. Rs. 4.000/- each. In default of payment of fine 2 years rigorous Imprisonment has been awarded.
