JUDGEMENT

(1.) N. S. Ravi, J. This is a revision preferred against the order dated 8-12- 1998 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Jhansi Division in Revision No. 101/30/94-95 arising out of a judgment and order dated 19-6-95 passed by Additional Collector, Lalitpur in a Suit No. 163/94-95 under Section 198 (4) of the U. P. Z. A and L. R. Act.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsels for the parties and perused the record. 4. Admittedly the allotment was made in the year 1963 and proceedings for cancellation of Patta were initiated in the years 1994-95 i. e. after a lapse of almost more than thirty (30) years. Such a belated action is not contemplated under Section 198 of the Act and action could have been initiated only upto November 10, 1987. The orders passed by the trial Court as well as the Revisional Court are beyond their jurisdiction and are liable to be set aside. 5. In veiw of the above, revision is allowed and the orders of the Courts below are set aside. Revision allowed. .
