JUDGEMENT

(1.) S. R. Lakha, Member. This revision has been filed against the order dated 17-4-2003 passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Moradabad.

(2.) BY the impugned order the learned Addtional Commissioner admitted appeal filed by Mehdi Hasan for hearing but had not granted stay order. Feeling aggrived by this part of the order the present revision has been filed.

(3.) THE present revision is disposed of with the observation that the learned Additional Commissioner will decide the appeal on merits according to law. During the pendency of the appeal parties will maintain status quo on the spot. Revisonal disposed of .
