(2.) ACCUSED applicant Sanjay Kumar has applied for bail under Section 308 of I. P. C. in Case Crime No. 10 of 2003, Police Station Fatanpur, District Pratapgarh. Seen the F. I. R. and the delay in lodging the F. I. R. and the injury report, I find it a fit case for bail. ACCUSED Sanjay Kumar is granted bail on his furnishing two sureties and a personal bond each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. Bail granted. .
