JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 1 -2 -1993 passed by the Chief General Manager, State Bank of India (Annexure -9 to the writ petition), by which the petitioner has been removed from service and the Appellate Order dated 14 -9 -1993 (Annexure -13 to the writ petition) by which the petitioner's appeal against the removal order, has been rejected.

(3.) THE finding of financial irregularities is a finding of fact and there are very serious charges on which he petitioner was found guilty.
