JUDGEMENT

(1.) S. P. Mehrotra, J. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, praying for quashing the order dated 2-9-1989 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) passed by the Prescribed Authority, Mirzapur and the judgment and order dated 3-4-2003 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) passed by the learned Additional District Judge/special Judge (N. D. P. S. Act), Mirzapur (Appellate Authority ).

(2.) IT may be mentioned that a complete copy of the judgment and order dated 2-9-1989 passed by the Prescribed Authority, Mirzapur has been filed as Annexure-1 to the amendment application referred to hereinafter.

(3.) THE details of the said portion in dispute are given in Schedule-Ba to the said release application referred to hereinafter. THE said portion has hereinafter been referred to as "the dispute portion. "
