JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying for quashing the order dated 15.11.2002 (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition) passed by the XIIIth Addl. District Judge, Ghaziabad. The dispute relates to a shop, the details whereof have been mentioned in the order of the Prescribed Authority referred to hereinafter.

(2.) FROM the allegations made in the writ petition, it appears that a release application under section 21 of the U.P. Act No. XIII of 1972 (in short "the Act") was filed by the predecessors -in -interest of the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 against the predecessors -in -interest of the petitioner and others. The said release application was registered as P.A. case No. 6 of 1998.

(3.) IT further appears that by the order dated 20.5.2000, the learned Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (S.D.), Hapur, Ghaziabad rejected the said release application.
