JUDGEMENT

(1.) APPELLANT, Surya Nath, filed this appeal against the order of his conviction and sentence recorded by the then Ist Addl. Sessions Judge, Azamgarh on 22-5-1980 in Sessions Trial No. 184 of 1979. The appellant has been convicted under Sections 302 and 324 IPC and has been sentenced to imprisonment for life and to one year rigorous imprisonment respectively.

(2.) SRI J. S. Sengar, learned Counsel for the appellant and learned A. G. A. for the State have been heard.

(3.) THE doctor found surgical emphysema present on the back side.
