JUDGEMENT

(1.) VINEET Saran, J. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) BY means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to send the petitioner for training for the post of Shiksha Mitra and also to appoint him as Shiksha Mitra for the primary school in question.

(3.) IN such view of the matter the appointment of respondent No. 5 having been made is fully justified as he was at the top in order of merit from amongst those applicants who were qualified as per the Government Order dated 1-7-2000 relating to the appointment of Shiksha Mitra.
