JUDGEMENT

(1.) R. C. Deepak, J. Heard learned Counsel for the accused-appellant, learned AGA and perused the record.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the accused-appellant submits that the name of the accused-appellant does not find place in the missing report of the deceased. There is no evidence that the accused-appellant participated in the commission of the murder of the deceased Raghvendra Kumar Srivastava. The accused-appellant was on bail during trial and he has not misused the privileges granted to him. There is no possibility that the appeal be heard in the near future.

(3.) APPELLANT Ajay Kumar convicted under Sections 147, 149, 302 IPC in S. T. No. 1274 of 1999, P. S. Kotwali, District Allahabad shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000 with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
