JUDGEMENT

(1.) A. B. Srivastava, J. Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A. G. A. for State, on the facts available, the application can be finally disposed of.

(2.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, Maruti Van No. MP 04/a-3876, which was seized by the Police of Police Station Mau Ranipur, District Jhansi, was released in his favour by an order dated 23. 11. 91 of the Magistrate having jurisdiction. The applicant furnished re quired security and the vehicle was delivered to him on 24. 11. 91. Thereafter, the said vehicle, it is alleged, was taken away by the police from the possession of the applicant on 5. 1. 92 without any orders of the court or any authority. ACCORDING to the petitioner, the said vehicle is not involved not is required in any other connection by the police.
