(2.) This is plaintiff's appeal filed against the judgment and decree dtd. 22/7/2014 passed by the Additional District Judge, Buandshahr arising out of Original Suit No. 884 of 2006 (Jagat Narain Sharma (deceased) through L.R's vs. Garima Gautam and others).
