JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Shubham Prakash Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

(2.) A first information report was lodged against the applicant as Case Crime No. 197 of 2021 at Police Station- Lisarigate, District Meerut under Ss. 147, 148, 149, 302, 506 IPC.

(3.) The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Meerut, on 17/11/2021.
