JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shravan Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the District Basic Education Officer, Auraiya.

(2.) This is the second writ petition which has come since morning seeking a direction upon the District Basic Education Officer to decide the applications/representations.

(3.) In the present case, the posting order of the petitioner has to be issued by the District Basic Education Officer who is withholding the same for the last one year.
