(1.) Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

(2.) By the present petition, petitioner is praying for expeditious disposal of Contempt Application dtd. 24/8/2022 under Order 39 Rule 2-A C.P.C. filed in Misc. Case No. 25 of 2022 (Basanta Singh Vs. Inayat Kha) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandpur, District Bijnor, within stipulated period.

(3.) In the present case, admittedly the aforesaid contempt application is pending since 2022.
