JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed this petition challenging an order dtd. 17/10/2022 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, East, Allahabad, whereby order of injunction restraining the defendants from interfering in peaceful possession of the plaintiffs - respondents is granted.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the garb of the aforesaid order, the plaintiffs - respondents are changing nature of the property.

(3.) Sri Vikrant Pandey, learned Advocate (AOR No. A/V 0254/12) submits that he is filing a power on behalf of the plaintiffs - respondents and has no objection with regard to maintaining status quo with regard to change in nature of property and creating third party right till objections of the petitioners to injunction application are finally decided. Said statement is taken on record.
