(3.) As per learned counsel for the applicant, the present applicant is apprehending his arrest in Case Crime/ F.I.R. No.407 of 2020, under Ss. 147, 148, 149 and 307 IPC, Police Station -Kotwali Nagar, District - Pratapgarh.
