JUDGEMENT

(1.) FOUR appellants Dev Singh, Mahendra Yadav, Bateshwar Singh and Suresh Singh have preferred this appeal under Section 374 Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated 23.9.1982 passed by Sri V.N. Singh, VI Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial No. 459 of 1981 convicting and sentencing each of them under Section 399 IPC to undergo five years' rigorous imprisonment (R.I.), three years' R.I. under Section 401 IPC, three years' R.I. under Section 402 IPC and two years' R.I. under Section 307 read with Section 34 IPC. All the sentences ordered to run concurrently.
