JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material available on record.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is the Dewar of the deceased. The applicant is not named in the FIR, which was lodged only against the husband of the deceased with specific allegation of strangulation.

(3.) The attention of the Court was invited towards the statement of landlady of the house, who stated that the deceased used to live with her husband in a separate house belonging to Savita Devi.
