(2.) HEARD Shri Kushal Kant, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri J.J. Munir has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 6 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

(3.) BY this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 28th June, 2012 passed by Additional District Magistrate, District Moradabad by which the application filed by the petitioner bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 has been rejected.?
