JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) BY means of this review petition, the petitioner has prayed for review of the order dated 16.2.2004 passed in Writ Petitions No. 5086(S/S) of 2000 and 664(S/S) of 1999. The aforementioned writ petitions were decided by a common order and this review petition was filed by the petitioner of Writ Petition No. 664 (S/S) of 1999 Pramod Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and otheRs.

(3.) FEELING aggrieved by the said order the present review petition has been filed and it is submitted that the case of the petitioner was fully covered by the case of Awadhesh Kumar Sharma Vs. Union of India and others reported in, (2000)1 UPLBEC 763 and the benefit of the said judgment was not given to him.
