JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.K. Mishra for the respondent no. 4. This writ petition relates to the dispute of the office-bearers of the Committee of Management of Rambeti Vidya Samiti which is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and manages an aided Junior High School of the same name.

The petitioner Jagdish Chandra Dixit claims himself to be the Manager of the said institution and he contends that the impugned order dated 3rd of May, 2012 which is in the shape of a correction of the earlier order dated 14th March, 2012 deserves to be set aside. By way of an amendment, the order passed by the Basic Education Officer on 17th July, 2012 has also been assailed which has upheld the claim of the respondent no. 4 and has rejected the claim of the petitioner.

(3.) The amendment application allowing the challenge raised to the order dated 17.7.2012 was implemented in terms of the order dated 9.8.2012 passed by this Court.
