JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) PETITIONER has filed this writ petition challenging the orders dated 17.2.09, 23.2.2010 and 14.10.2011 and the order dated 27.5.2010 passed in Misc. Case No. 211/2008 under Section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 (hereinafter referred as Act).

(3.) IN view of the above, as no substantive rights of the parties have been decided or are likely to be decided in the pending proceedings, no case for exercise of extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of INdia is made out.
