JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri R.P.Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties. I have also perused the pleadings on record.

(2.) The dispute in the instant writ petition relates to the khasra Plot no.426 having an area of 1 Bigha 11 Biswa 13 Biswansi situate in Village Husainpur, Pargana and Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh.
