(1.) Heard Sri Lalit Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The above impleadment application has been allowed by the Court of first instance vide order dated 3.4.2010 which has been upheld by the Revisional Court vide order dated 24.7.2012.

(3.) The above two orders have been impugned in the writ petition.
