JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Learned Counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) PETITIONER has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 24.10.2009 passed by the respondent No.3 Sub -Divisional Magistrate in proceedings under Section 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 and the order dated 5.12.2011 passed by the respondent No.2 Additional Commissioner (Administration) Meerut Division, Meerut in revision arising thereto.
