JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Deepak Singh holding brief of Mr. I.P.Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties and perused the records.

(2.) THE writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to absorb the petitioner on the post of Driver and pay salary of the said post. The petitioner has also challenged the order dated 20.12.2004 whereby the representation of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Driver has been rejected.

(3.) IT is contended that the petitioner has a right to be considered for appointment on the post of Driver since the work of Driver has been taken from him.
