JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, inter alia, praying for directing the respondents to sanction and release map of the petitioners for Industrial Complex Sport Growth Centre Building on the plots mentioned in prayer No. (i) made in the writ petition. From a perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is evident that on the same cause of action, the petitioners earlier filed a writ petition being Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 23289 of 1997. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court by the order dated 21.7.1997.

(2.) The present writ petition being the second writ petition on the same cause of action, is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.
