JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed on 20.3.2012. The ground for seeking restoration is that the petitioner's counsel had sent illness slip as such the Court was wrong in dismissing the writ petition.

(2.) Over a period of time a practice has been evolved in this Court that if any illness slip is sent by the counsel, the Courts are required to lay their hands off by not passing any adverse order.

(3.) Coming to the first question that the petitioner had submitted his illness slip as such the Court should not have passed an order dismissing the writ petition. It be seen from the record that the petitioner has submitted illness slips consistently on 13.12.2011, 20.12.2011, 3.1.2012, 10.1.2012, 17.1.2012, 25.1.2012, 3.2.2012, 10.2.2012 and 21.2.2012. On 20.3.2012 also illness slip was sent.
