JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE are the bunch of writ petitions involving same facts and challenging the decision/resolution of the Lucknow Development Authority Board dated 13.8.2009 regarding cancellation of allotment of plots of the petitioners and like persons. The petitioners have also prayed for a direction to the opposite parties to adjust the petitioners by allotting them plots by the Lucknow Development Authority in the Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme or Gomti Nagar Extension scheme, Lucknow on the same rates.
