JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel on the point of admission.

(2.) IT has been argued by the learned Counsel for the appellant that the learned trial Court and lower appellate Court have wrongly dismissed the claim. It has been argued that their possession is long standing possession and on the basis of long standing possession they have perfected their rights and title.

(3.) SECOND appeal is not fit for admission and is dismissed accordingly. Appeal dismissed.
