JUDGEMENT

(1.) BHANWAR Singh, J. Heard.

(2.) THE accused-applicant Anwar and Aslam both were arrested together and on their search. Morphine was recovered from their possession. Whereas the search of Anwar yielded to recovery of 300 Gms Morphine, a smaller quantity of 230 Gms was recovered from the co-accused Aslam. A joint recovery memo was prepared which is not in accordance with law as recited in, Nimma Ram v. State of Punjab 1999 (2) JIC 563 (SC ). THE co-accused Aslam has already been released on bail vide order dated 13-12- 2001 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Case No. 5962 (B) of 2001.
