(1.) THE petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,1950 inter -alia, challenging the transfer order dated 10 -12 -2002 (Annexure -6 to the writ petition).
(2.) FROM the allegations made in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner who is Hindi Translator, has been transferred from Meerut to Haldwani on administrative ground.
(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned transfer order has been issued with mala -fide intention, and he refers to the averments made in paragraph 5 of the writ petition. A perusal of paragraph 5 of the writ petition shows that only vague and general allegations have been made against the Respondent No. 2. Such vague and general allegations cannot sustain the plea of mala -fide sought to be raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No violation of any statutory rule has been shown by the learned counsel for the petitioner in issuance of the impugned transfer order dated 10 -12 -2002.
