JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, praying for the following reliefs: -

(2.) A perusal of the said provisional mark -sheet (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) shows that the provisional result of the petitioner was shown as "Fail, Se in Philosophy".

(3.) A perusal of the said provisional mark -sheet in respect of the Supplementary Examination (Back Paper Examination), 2001 shows that the provisional result was shown as 'Failed'.
