JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Counsel.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed against the impugned FIR filed under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 and 312 IPC and under Section 3 (1) (x) SC/st Act, Police Station Sachendi, District Kanpur Nagar.

(3.) THIS Court has already expressed its opinion in several decisions that it will not tolerate casteist violence in society any farther, as it is one of the greatest obstacles to the country's progress. The petitioners, who are Rajput by caste, probably think that since they belonged to the so-called upper caste they can bully and insult the so-called lower castes. However, this Court will not tolerate this. THIS is the age of democracy and such behaviour of the so-called upper caste people is totally unacceptable today.
