JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been preferred against the order of the learned Additional Commissioner dated 8- 11-2000.

(2.) HEARD both the parties on the point of admission and stay.

(3.) IT has been argued by the learned Counsel for the opposite- party that the opposite-parties are the daughters of the recorded tenure holder Mahmudul Hasan who has executed a will deed in favour of the opposite-parties. It has also been alleged by the learned Counsel for the opposite-parties that on the basis of the will deed their names have been recorded in the Khatauni.
