THIS writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia praying for quashing the order dated 15.5.2002 (Annexure -5 to the writ petition) passed by the learned Judge, Small Causes Court, Ghaziabad (respondent No. 2), and the order dated 16.8.2002 (Annexure -6 to the writ petition) passed by the learned District Judge, Ghaziabad (respondent No. 1). The dispute related to a shop the details whereof have been given in the plaint of the suit referred to hereinafter. The said shop has, hereinafter, been referred to as "the disputed shop"
(2.) FROM the allegations made in the writ petition, it appears that the respondent No. 3 filed a suit against the petitioner for ejectment arrears of rent and damages etc. in respect of the disputed shop.

IT was further inter alia, stated by the respondent No. 3 that the petitioner had been informed regarding the purchase of the disputed shop by the respondent No. 3 by a notice dated 6.1.2001 which was duly served on the petitioner. By the said notice rent was also demanded from the petitioner. It was inter alia further stated that the respondent No. 3 gave another notice through an advocate on 18.1.2001 which was duly served on the petitioner; and that the petitioner was liable to pay rent to the respondent No. 3 with effect from 1.11.2000.
