BUNDU KHAN Vs. VIIITH ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE MEERUT

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, challenging the judgment and order dated 20th March, 1989, passed by the appellate authority (respondent No. 1) (Annexure -2 to the writ petition) and the judgment and order dated 15th September, 1987, passed by the Prescribed Authority (respondent No. 2) (Annexure -1 to the writ petition).

(2.) THE dispute relates to a shop situated at Bazar Mangal, Qasba Behsuma, district Meerut. The said shop is hereinafter referred as "disputed accommodation".

(3.) THE Prescribed Authority by its judgment and order dated 15.9.1987 (Annexure -1 to the writ petition) allowed the said release application. It was, inter alia, held by the prescribed authority that requirements of Rule 17 of the Rules framed under the Act had been duly complied with by the landlord -respondent No. 3.
