JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2.) BY means of this writ petition, a relief in the nature of mandamus has been sought by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to regularize him in services.

(3.) IT is alleged by the petitioner that he rendered his services as Chowkidar till 13 -8 -1991 and thereafter, was transferred from Khatima to Pilibhit Headquarters by order dated 29th July, 1991.
