JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANJANI Kumar, J. This is an application for review/recalling/restoration of Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 20589 of 1999, which has been dismissed by me as having become infructuous on 9th September, 2002.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the petitioner has filed certain documents alongwith this application, which were earlier not on record and tried to demonstrate that this petition has not become infructuous. However, it is admitted that the order impugned in the present writ petition is the order dated 9th April, 1999 (Annexure '7' to the writ petition) by which the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Varanasi has held that all the members were satisfied with the election, which was held by the Committee of Management on 6th September, 1988, therefore he recognised the said election and decided the application. He further held that it is open to the petitioner that in case he feels dissatisfied by the election held by Committee of Management, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum/competent authority.
