JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANJANI Kumar, J. By means of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner challenges the orders dated 12-9-1997 and 17-11-1999, passed by Licensing Authority/district Magistrate, Meerut and Divisional Commissioner, Annexurea-5 and 8 to the writ petition, respectively, whereby the petitioner's fire-arm licence has been cancelled by the Licensing Authority and on appeal, the Appellate Authority dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner.
