JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2.) THE brief facts of the case are that while the petitioner was posted as Constable in Railway Protection Force, he was served with the charge -sheet, dated 21 -10 -1992. Following two charges were levelled against the petitioner:

(3.) THE Disciplinary Authority thereafter by the impugned order dated 14 -12 -1992 removed the petitioner from service with immediate effect.
