Decided On April 05, 1991
NAUBAT SINGH Appellant
V/S
Janpadiya Committee Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri H.N. Tripathi, learned counsel for the parties and Sri Triloki Nath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. On 13 -12 -1990 Sri Triloki Nath had accepted notice on behalf of the opposite parties and one month's time was granted to him to file a counter -affidavit but the same has not been done. Today again he prays for two weeks' further time for the said purpose, which I am not inclined to grant.

(2.) THE petitioner was working as a Co -operative Supervisor at Kshetriya Sahkari Samiti Ltd., Jattari, District Aligarh. He has been put under suspension on 2 -11 -1987. A charge -sheet has been served on him. He has submitted his reply.

(3.) IT is unfair on the part of the opposite parties to have kept the petitioner under suspension since 2 -11 -1987. Under the circumstances, it will be in the interest of justice if the opposite parties are directed to complete the enquiry within a reasonable -period. Accordingly, I direct the opposite parties to complete the enquiry within two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order.
