JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a criminal revision against the judgment and order dated 2-8-84 passed by Special Judge/additional Sessions Judge, Buland-shahr in Criminal Revision No. 322/83 allowing the revision partly and modi fying the maintenance allowance from Rs. 150/- to Rs. 75/- per month filed against the judgment and order dated 24-9-83 passed by IV Additional Munsif-Magistrate, Bulandshahr allowing the maintenance allowance at the rate of Rs. 150/- to the revisionist in Criminal Case No. 93/83-Smt. Amrawati v. Gopi Singh.
