JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THEREAFTER the petitioner filed a fresh application on 12 -6 -1988 praying that all the persons who have filed affidavits on behalf of the landlord Dharam Kumar may be permitted to be cross -examined by him. The Court has rejected the said prayer. In my opinion it has been rightly done. The petitioner is only entitled to cross -examine Dharam Kumar, the landlord. Sri A.K. Gupta appearing on behalf of the landlord has no objection for such an order to be passed by this Court.
