JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) THE petitioner is a tenant in the house in question and respondent No. 1, Purshottam Das Singhal is the landlord. An application under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Act No. XIII of 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the Act), has been filed by the respondent No. 1. The landlord applicant has been described in the said application as under :-
