JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY means of this application under section 482 CrPC Kafeel Ahmad applicant invokes the inherent powers of this Court to quash the order dated 30-6-1980 passed by the Sessions Judge Etawah as well as the order dated 17-1-1980 passed by the City Magistrate Etawah, opposite party no. 3.
