JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. who are virtually connected.

(2.) Notice has been served to opposite party no. 2 personally but none has appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 2 nor any counter affidavit has been filed.

(3.) This revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 07.12.2020, passed by District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge - POCSO Act), Allahabad in Criminal Appeal No. 9 of 2020 being C.N.R. No. UPAD 01-007960-2020, which was preferred against the order dated 06.10.2020, passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Allahabad rejecting the bail application of the revisionist. The appeal filed against the same has been also dismissed by the District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge - POCSO Act), Allahabad by the impugned order.
